To personalize a Bentgo Kids Lunch Box there is an additional $6.99 personalization charge.
At this time, we offer personalization options for our Bentgo Kids Lunch Box and Bentgo Kids Lunch Box - Glitter Edition. In a few simple steps you can have a personalized lunch box–Pick your lunch box, add your custom text, and choose your font & color. That’s it!
Please be sure to double-check your order details before placing an order. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of customized items are final.
Prohibited Language
As the customer, you are fully responsible for any material that you submit via our personalization services. As the customer, you guarantee the text submitted is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, is not connected to any political affiliations, associations or candidates, does not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party (this includes, but is not limited to, sport teams and collegiate licensed logos or phrases), and does not otherwise violate anyone’s rights.
We have the sole discretion to reject any order that is considered libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability, or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your personalized lunch box, please follow these care instructions:
- The removable tray cleans easily in the dishwasher on the top shelf only.
- For the outer shell hand washing is recommended to preserve the leak-proof seal & personalization and extend the longevity of your container. Avoid placing it in the dishwasher. Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water to clean the outer shell. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaning agents.

Avoid Scratching: Be mindful not to scratch the personalization ink with fingernails, sharp objects, or rough surfaces.
Warranty
Bentgo offers industry-leading warranties for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The Bentgo Warranty is intended for defective parts/products. Personalized items are covered under warranty if there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
You can also register your Bentgo product to receive premium benefits, one of which is an extended product warranty of 1 additional year. Fill out our Product Registration form, in just a few simple steps to take advantage of these benefits.
Shipping
Personalized orders are made to order and require extra time for processing. Please allow 8-9 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method you chose at checkout.
If your order contains personalized and non-personalized items it will be split into multiple shipments. Most non-personalized orders received before 2:00 pm PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most non-personalized orders received after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday.
Returns
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
If you received an incorrect item, require further assistance, or have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service team. To help us process your request faster we ask that you please send us an email that includes a photo showing the product you received.
