We offer Standard shipping via FedEx. Shipping for orders up to $39.99 USD costs $6.99 USD. Orders over $40 USD ship for free. We estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of its ship date, pending clearance. Please note this is just an estimate as we cannot predict carrier and customs delays, especially during peak shopping season, or under severe weather conditions.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipping to Canada may be required to pay taxes and duties prior to delivery. Customers will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes prior to delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Bentgo. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Bentgo offers industry-leading warranties for a period of 1 to 2 years from the date of purchase on most lunch boxes and lunch bags, as well as select accessories. Please see the user manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.

The Bentgo Warranty is intended for defective parts/products. Any non-personalized product purchased on bentgo.com has a 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner. Personalized items are covered under warranty if there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

You can also register your Bentgo product to receive premium benefits, one of which is an extended product warranty of 1 additional year. Fill out our Product Registration form, in just a few simple steps to take advantage of these benefits.

Bentgo takes the authenticity of our products and your experience as a valued customer seriously. Please only buy from our website (bentgo.com) and Bentgo-approved retailers. Our authorized reseller on Amazon.com is "Bentgo Direct". Purchases from other non-authorized resellers are not considered authentic goods and have no warranty.

RETURNS

Our products are backed by our 60 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased a Bentgo product or accessory from bentgo.com within the last 60 days and would like to return it, simply contact our customer support team to receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging. To return bundle or multi-pack items, the whole bundle or multi-pack must be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. 

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If you received an incorrect item, require further assistance, or have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service team. To help us process your request faster we ask that you please send us an email that includes a photo showing the product you received.

Taxes, duties & import fees are not refundable by Bentgo. If you wish to apply for a duty & tax refund please contact the Canada Border Services Agent.
