Thanksgiving Dinner was wonderful.. leftovers are even better!

Everyone loves Thanksgiving dinner, but what I love most is the leftovers! Why? Because it means that there are a few glorious days that I don’t have to cook! Here is a sample of my leftover Bentgo lunch box creation that is equally delicious and easy.

I start by incorporating these simple biscuits that I made on Thanksgiving:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

8 tablespoons butter, cubed

3/4 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Cut butter into mixture until it begins to look like cornmeal.

Make a well with flour mixture and slowly add milk into the middle. Knead the dough with your fingers and add milk when necessary. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to desired thickness. Cut with small biscuit cutter or with the rim of a cup.

Butter bottom of skillet and place biscuits in pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

They turn out perfect every time!

Add turkey and cranberry sauce on the biscuit and you have yourself a delicious slider!

For the acorns, simply dip cinnamon donut holes in chocolate, roll the chocolate-cover part in sprinkles, then insert a pretzel stick. Simple, delicious, and a crowd pleaser!

Bentgo Fresh is the perfect lunch box to fit in all my yummy leftovers! Not to mention how pretty it is to look at!

Happy Holidays!
